Beside the characteristic European DNA, there were traces of Middle Eastern genes, adding a layer of multicultural depth to my lineage. Additionally, the surname 'Best', which I believed was of German origin, turned out to be an amalgamation of English and Dutch influences, rewriting a part of my familial history.
